Umer Group ventured into weaving in the year 2000 with 96 looms and in a short span of time has grown into 3 units of 567 looms with a monthly capacity of 7 Million Meters/Month. The weaving units with high speed air jet loom are highly versatile to produce Apparel, Work wear, Home Textile, Furnishing, Dobby and Jacquard fabrics. Warping and sizing are from the World renowned manufacturer (Benninger) and loom from Tsudakoma (Master-9200) and Picanol (Omni 800+). With strong back up of our own yarn Umer Group has earned the reputation of a high quality reliable supplier on the International Market.  Our major markets are USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and France.

 

All the weaving units are certified to produce Organic (OE and GOTS), BCI, Cotton USA, Supima, and Egyptian Cotton fabrics. We have loom equipped with batchers to produce seamless long pieces for better efficiency and less wastage in dyeing fabrics. To maintain quality parameters on the fabric the weaving units are equipped with a highly modern laboratory which includes Uster UT 5 Tenso Rapid, Uster Classimat 5, Tensile tester, Tearing tester, Pilling tester
